#April Challenge A –Z Blog Challenge 2019 – M

This year my focus is on the Nature and I am posting pictures of nature and writing thoughts that inspire me.

“Grow Old along with me; the best is yet to be” Robert Browning

M – stands for Memories …. I love to create memorable moments in my life and reliving it is my favorite past time J Having been born and brought up in the city we don’t really get opportunity to see the rural areas.

One of my desire was to give my daughter  Dorothy an experience of the village – a colleague who worked with me invited me to his village; an I took this as an opportunity to take Dorothy along with another friend of mine and her daughter, we started off early hours to Medak and visited two small villages.

We walked around the paddy fields, played with the hay and then had very nutritious lunch, still remember the non vegetarian food, and the home made snacks- we spent an entire day interacting with the family and felt so refreshed. As the place was free of  all types of pollution, air, water, noise and it was so relaxing.

What is your experience?? Would love to hear from you?

Thanks for reading my post; I do appreciate the time you have taken to be here..

Be Blessed & Be Happy !

  2. Different life experiences help us learn and grow. It's wonderful that you gave a novel experience to Dorothy and you all had a great time too! Our visits to the farm help us connect with the simple and basic life and we always enjoy our time with villagers and working on the farm.

    1. True I feel thats what is missing for the children brought up in the urban environment, they have no exposure to the village, farm, fields and sometimes I feel sad children don't get to see hen, duck, sparrow and sometimes even sheep..i feel its very important to allow children to play in the fields and pluck corns, eat sugarcane raw and see how the persons in village work so hard for the grains we consume.
