It brings me joy posting these pictures, it makes me relive these moments, bringing a smile to my face. It was a day outing with my loved ones. I needed a break from my work and needed some time out enjoying myself, swimming, dancing in the rain, and walking barefoot on the green grass.
This
October 10th is World Mental Health day– a day to educate, and
spread awareness on mental health issues. It’s a responsibility we carry to ensure
that everyone around us are healthy. I felt it is important for me to take care
of my health, before I promote and spread awareness.

Walking barefoot on grass.. ahhh.. its a wonderful feeling! Indeed , we must take care of ourselves even as we take care of others.. Absolutely spot on Angela!
