Tree love—38

“If you would know strength and patience, welcome the company of trees.”  Hal Borland.
I had gone to visit the Zilla Parishad School for an Orientation programme for high school students on substance abuse and its impact. After the programme  I came out the hall and I found only this one free in a huge compound. Being the government land there was so much space for the children to play. This tree stood at one corner and on closer look at it;  I found two very different trees and  I could see that only when I looked at it closely. J

  3. Wow! That's a huge tree. I have also seen big trees in school or government compounds. I feel happy that they don't chop these oldies down. Thank you for sharing.

    1. Thank you Parul, nice to know that you have seen such big trees in the government school compounds. I agree that they have allowed it to stay without chopping them down. It adds so much beauty to school and children play around trees.

  4. Isn’t it strange that things aren’t always what they seem? How lovely for children to play in the shade of this beautiful tree.
