It is so important to “move away from our daily grind” to a calm place and rest” It is perfectly fine to move away from all the pending work, deadlines, busy routine and rest awhile to refresh, recoup and continue the journey.

Each person deserves a day away in which no problems are confronted, no solutions searched for.

  4. I like the idea of moving away from the daily grind despite the deadlines. I think that helps to come back more relaxed and rejuvenated.
