One does not need a Friendship day to be thankful to the friends, still it’s always good to remember with gratitude friends who have been part of our lives, influencing us positively and have given us lessons to learn and have always helped us to stay healthy and optimistic.
So I am happy to recall and remember so many friends who have touched my life; as I walked along meeting them in institutions, church and changed careers, friends always kept me going, inspiring, motivating never letting me down and always supporting and giving honest feedback, getting the best out of me and in so many ways helped me grow.
Friends have enabled me to find myself, encouraged me to take the inward journey of discovering myself, gently taught me to search, find and evolve my own definition to who I am and what I could be…. I am so glad to be surrounded by friends who not only respect and give me space but have allowed me to be ME.
Some Friends are in the city, a few others have moved and stay in touch and there are still others who connect with me regularly sharing love, care and concern. Few more that are associated because of the kind of work that I do – glad to evolve meaningful work and finding fulfilment in being of service.
This post is for all my friends; “Thank you for being part of my life”
