“Silence isn’t empty it is full of answers”
This
is our campus Osmania University, Hyderabad. The gates are closed on both
sides; hostels are closed, few students are coming for renewal of their forms
for the next academic year. The final year students are writing their exams.
This month is Domestic Violence awareness month – and the research says the domestic violence and child sexual abuse have risen since lock down. The silence of women and children who are victims of abuse and violence is disturbing, it’s a great challenge when this happens in homes which are supposed to be the safe place; let us pledge to say NO to violence. Preventing Domestic Violence Abuse is everyone’s responsibility.
Let us join hands and spread awareness and reach out and help victims. There are so many helplines, NGOs and Organisations who are providing services to victims of Violence and Abuse.
If you are from Hyderabad you can check the following website for information.
