90-Thursday Tree Love

“Stand up against Mental Health,

there is no Health without Mental Health”

World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 th of October every year, with overall objective of raising awareness on Mental Health Issues around the world, mobilising efforts to support of Mental Health.

According to the WHO the goal for this year is Increased Investment in Mental Health. With  COVID 19, it is expected that the need for mental health and psychosocial support will also increase more than ever in the coming months and years. Globally it’s a call to join hands together and work towards providing support in schools and communities promoting good mental health.

I took pictures in parts as it was too huge. Looking at these trees I am inspired how they are surviving for years together on the main road, like this tress even though  it is bent , faced all types of weather it is resilient and continues to offer shade and add beauty to the environment.

Thursday Tree love  is a photo feature on Parul’s blog hosted on second and fourth Thursday of every month.   You are most welcome to join in, all you need to do is:

Post a picture of a tree on your blog

  2. Everything is in the mind. What is in the mind affects the body more than the other way round. It's good that nowadays there is much more awareness about the need for good mental and emotional health.
