83 Thursday Tree Love

“Believe that life is worth living; and your belief will help create the fact”
William James

This is the tree I pass by every day but have not really noticed; and suddenly one day I just saw this tree and I felt that it was standing despite the heat, the weather being very hot the leaves have dried and it looks bare now… still standing strong… weather will change and leaves will come once again and this tree will change… there’s a sense of gloom now after the death of the Sushant Singh Rajput there are reports of 5 more suicides of youngsters which is heart breaking…yesterday there was one young boy who ended his life; with already existing pandemic these are additional issues that we are facing..

Hopefully like this tree we will stand strong knowing seasons will change and once again new leaves grow… until then keep the right attitude, trust God and do good for self and others.

  3. The tree rests and withdraws temporarily, pulls into itself during the hard times, but, yes, it will be back and it will be stronger. We should learn from that. Well said.

  5. I feel your thoughts, Angela. You are right how things have become gloomy. First with the pandemic and then the related loneliness and news of suicides. I believe that like the trees, things will change and get better. We will see good times soon.

    1. Thank you Parul:) nice to know that you can sense my feelings and the kind of situation that we are in is temporary and it will pass, some are not unable cope this loneliness, feeling of worthlessness and they attempt a permanent solution to a temporary problem. We do what we can by reaching out to all those around us for things are going to change, until then we hold on to faith, hope and courage.

  6. This tree and your post remind us that difficult times don't last forever. But in the moment it is often hard to see.
