This April for the #A-Z 2020 challenge I have
taken short stories from books of Fr Anthony De Mello – “the song of
the bird” and the “prayer of the frog”. I would like to share these stories
and hopefully believe that these stories will inspire you too.
A handful of wheat, five
thousand years old was found in the tomb of one of the kings of ancient Egypt.
Some one planted the grains and to everyone’s amazement, they came to life.
An enlightenment
person’swords is like seeds of life and energy. They can remain in the form of
seeds for centuries until they are sown in the fertile soil of a receptive
heart.
This is so true, there is a time in our lives When What was sown by those Who loved us remain like seeds for a long time, until we are ready like the fertile soil to receive it. I heard this statement some where I don't remember that says" When the student is ready the Teacher appears."
