I
had gone for a YWCA (Young Women Christian Association Secunderabad) picnic
last month to one of our member’s farm house. I loved the ambience and spent
the whole day with all the lovely ladies there playing games, swimming, singing songs, dancing and enjoyed
sumptuous lunch and snacks. It was a Women's Day out from the daily routine, this was a blessing.
I
couldn’t resist and clicked a few pictures of the trees at this farm house. Some
times it’s good to take a break from the daily pressures of life to re connect
with self.
This month 8th March is International Women's day - women all over the world are celebrating, the theme being " Each for Equal" pointing towards Gender Equality - we still have a long way to go, but its also nice to be reminded that We are Equal.... I would suggest that we celebrate every day as Women's Day and living our life to the fullest.

Facing the possibility of little or no travel in the coming weeks, we will have to depend on our own resources, and carry our own beauty. Wise words for this season.
ReplyDeleteTrue with the current scenario globally we cannot step out to travel. I was hoping for a travel next month, but now it looks like not possible. I am learning to accept and be happy with what is available at the moment.
