#April Challenge A –Z Blog Challenge 2019 - G

I have chosen the theme for this year’s challenge as “Nature” I will post  pictures about Nature in varied locations for 26 days and write what touches and inspires me.

He who plants a garden plants happiness. If you want to be happy for a lifetime, plant a garden. Chinese Proverbs

When I thought about the letter G – Gratitude came to my mind first, on  a second thought images of Garden made me feel happy so I chose to post a picture of the garden we visited last before at Ooty in Tamilnadu, a beautiful place surrounded with lovely gardens. I felt this poem below is apt for the word.

Ooty -Tamilnadu, India
Who loves a garden

Finds within his soul
Life's whole;
He hears the anthem of the soil
While ingrates toil;
And sees beyond his little sphere
The waving fronds of heaven, clear.

Poet - Louise Seymour Jones

God Almighty first planted a garden; and indeed,

it is the purest of human pleasures.
It is the greatest refreshment to the spirits of man,
without which buildings and palaces are but gross handiworks.
Frances Bacon
Thanks for being here,  and reading this post - would love to hear from you:)

Be Blessed & Be Happy:)
