I
spotted this tree at Nrupathunga Road, near St Martha’s Hospital, Bangalore. I
was attending a cluster meeting at staying at the YMCA International Guest
House at Bangalore. I saw plenty of trees in the heart of the city and I
collected quite a lot for the TTL Post J I was
fascinated by this huge tree in a busy street and standing tall, huge and
beautiful.
Thursday Tree love is a photo feature on Parul’s blog hosted on second and fourth Thursday of every month. You are most welcome to join in, all you need to do is:
Post a picture of a tree on your blog
Thank you for reading this post;
May you be blessed!
I have seen this tree quite many times before. Unfortunately I wasn't doing #TT before so never did click this one.
ReplyDeleteThe beauty of Bangalore is its trees in the middle of the concrete jungle. I love how they stand out in their own way.
Glad to know that you have seen this tree:) I stayed there for 3 days and everyday I was admiring as I walked in and out of this place... one day I just walked around in cubbon park admiring every tree.. yes I have always admired Bangalore for its trees.. recall my visits to lal bagh and the zoo park years ago.
DeleteThis is such a magnificent and majestic tree. It's a blessing to have such trees in the middle of the city, standing tall despite the concrete jungle and hustle bustle around!
ReplyDeleteVery true shilpa I am impressed by these trees in the city, feel grateful for the persons who planted it, that today we can see them adding beauty to the place.
DeleteSo good to know you were in Bangalore. Yes, we have a lot of trees in the middle of the roads and they provide the much needed greenery. Thanks for joining, Angela.

I have no idea what those strings are for:) I was so impressed with the look I just clicked it, thanks for being here.
DeleteWow! I am glad you saw this majestic tree in Namma Bengaluru and it came to be the subject of this lovely #ttl post, Angela! There are many such beautiful trees in our city. Unfortunately, we are seeing a lot of destruction to the green cover, lately, in the name of urbanisation.
ReplyDeleteThank you Esha for your presence here, yes I had the opportunity to be in Namma Bengaluru and there are still plenty of pictures I have stored for TTL and agree in the name of development so much of destruction happening..its happening every where in the country, in our place, Andhra and almost all the major cities.
DeleteWould be lovely if you checked out my latest #ttl post as well, Angela. :)
