I AM ALIVE





I am alive
I am breathing effortlessly
I have been blessed with this new day
This hour, this minute
This moment is my reality.
I am grateful for my breath, simple breath, most subtle, most amazing, gift to us humans.
So I do not look back and grieve over the past; for it is gone. I do not want to be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. I want to live in the present, and make it so beautiful, that it will be worth remembering!
