Thursday Tree Love - 6

“There is a voice that doesn’t use words, Listen - Rumi

Botanical Garden Ooty

I stood near this tree and watched and I was so thrilled to find so many birds, loved the sight of watching them fly around and sitting on the branches and chirping; it sounded like these little ones were happily praising their creator in their own voice J

I have never seen a sight like this in the recent times, only remembered my childhood wherein I watched the sparrows were moving around in our house. Today I find difficult to even show a sparrow to my daughter. So this tree was such a pleasant sight and I felt like just lying down on the grass and enjoy their company.

I am sure the person who planted this tree may not be around, but he has left a shelter for the birds and shade for persons whom he has never met in his life… an inspiration to pay forward in my life what I have received in abundance.

Thanking Parul for this series on Tree Love..   Linking this post to Parul’s  Thursday Tree Love   am loving itJ

Thank you for being here, may you be blessed !

  1. What a lovely post, Angela. I am so glad that you found so much joy just by tuning into the beauty of nature around you. We need to listen to the sounds and the sights of all that we're surrounded with, but fail to do because we're constantly looking elsewhere for inspiration and happiness. What an irony of our times!

    1. Thank you Esha, its a pleasure for me to connect with you here, yss our minds are so preoccupied that its a challenge to listen to the sounds and see beautiful sights around us. we must learn to quieten the minds in order to open up to listen to this amazing sounds... its also very refreshing, just to forget everything an sit in stillness aware only of these sounds. Appreciate you for your thoughts:)
